Order Policy

Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that your order has been received and is being processed. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 2 business days of payment being received unless otherwise noted. When chips have been shipped you will receive a tracking number. Standard delivery via Fedex ground or USPS and all shipments are fully insured. All items carefully packed for safe delivery. Special 2-3 day and Overnight shipping available upon request at an additional cost.

International shipping is available.  Due to the complexity of international shipping costs, all orders shipping outside the US must be sent by email to so we can quote the correct shipping cost.  International customers are responsible for any and all taxes/customs/duty charges that their countries charge. We do not have a way to find out or calculate what these charges may be.


Returns will only be accepted if returned unused, in original packaging with return shipping within 3 days of delivery. We have a flat $25 restocking fee for all returned items plus shipping charges. On return items, even if the item has ‘free shipping’, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges Nevada Jacks incurred for their order. ‘Free Shipping’ only applies to items that are received and accepted. Shipping charges for all returns are the responsibility of the customer. $25 restocking fee is waived for full exchanges. No refunds will be issued until returned item has been received. Custom printed orders are not refundable. Refunds take up to 2 weeks to process.

Damaged Shipments

All shipments are insured unless otherwise noted. If there is damage to any or all of the items the customer must abide by the following process or insurance may be void.

  1. original package and packing must be saved – DO NOT discard anything
  2. call 505.652.4477 and email immediately. You must contact us within 2 business days of the delivery of the package.
  3. all requests for information required by the shipping company must be promptly answered. Failure to provide information in a timely manner may void the insurance.
  4. once claim is complete replacement item will issued.

We take great pride in our customer service. We will do everything reasonable to provide you with a high quality product and superb service. We recognize that sometimes things happen which are out of our and your control. We just ask that you be patient.
